Silence
Sometimes, silence is the answer to finding balance in life. In this post, I reflect on the importance of quieting the noise around me to address unresolved issues and protect my mental health. By confronting these lingering problems, I aim to create peace and harmony, reducing the stress that drains me. While not all challenges can be resolved, I focus on what I can fix to create a brighter, simpler future for myself.
DiscoverMe Month
In 2011, I found myself in a dark place, lost and overwhelmed by chaos. I decided to take control and rediscover who I was, starting with 30 days of self-reflection. This journey became an annual tradition I call “DiscoverMe Month,” where I evaluate my growth, set new goals, and embrace both the painful and rewarding aspects of self-improvement. Though it’s a difficult process, it’s been key to my mental self-care, helping me confront my past, heal, and move forward with purpose. If you’re feeling stuck, my advice is simple: do the work to rediscover yourself and embrace the transformation.
